Yes they will. A local locksmith can too if they are equipped to do so and are alot cheaper than the dealer.

If you have the original owner's manual in there should be a plastic card about the size of a credit card that has a key cut out. some times that has a key code that will tell the dealer ship how to cut your keys. if not a talented lock smith can make you a key forr the door with a file. he'll know what i am talking about , i had it done once . then you only have to spend money on a new key for the ignition. Look for a locksmith that is over 35 years old. those guys are more ingenious as there wasn't so much dependence on electronis when they got started. bon chance

Look up the phone number of the nearest Ford dealership in your local Yellow Pages. They will be able to tell you if they can make a key for that year. Be prepared to show them a copy of your vehicle title or registration to verify that you are the owner.
Alternatively, if they can not make you a key, a mobile locksmith may be able to meet you at your car and make a key from a blank.
I have had used both methods with success.
Good luck.

Due to the age of the vehicle, they may not have the key code..My brother who has a 93 Linc Town Car lost his keys and he had to replace the key switch and had a locksmith cut new keys for the door locks.

Only if you can provide proof of ownership like title/registration in your name and valid photo drivers id which matches the title/registration.
If they are locked in the car, get a duplicate title/registration from the dmv.

maybe. As your vehicle is 16 yrs old, they may not be able to. However, they will need to see proof of ownership if they can (to be sure that you are the actual owner)
