Ideal marketing person would be:
- outspoken
- confident
- pretty nosy (to sniff out possible marketing & partnership oppotunities)
- definitely not a wallflower (being reserved is not the same as wallflower)
- have lots of initiative and be able to think out of the box

All the above traits can be cultivated/learned, at least that's according to what I've heard

If you take up this as Challenge & do marketing for 1 yr atleast though results are low mind it you will no more be a reserve person mktg will make u man of confiedence

I was shy and reserved also, but I work in PR Department and in time I left my shyness aside and became confident. Practise makes man be perfect. You'll develop your communication skills by interacting with people. So, you can be brilliant in Marketing.
