Raise your leg higher in the wind up and step farther out when you pitch. This will put more of your weight behind the ball as well as getting you a little closer to the plate. It will take some practice to maintain your balance and control when you are stretched out that far. Good luck with your improvement.

Wind sprints ,Squats. Lower Body Leg drive is so important to speed. Clemens and Ryan are good examples of this. Play around with different pressure on different fingers with seams and across seams, movement sometimes is better than speed.Good Luck with your upcoming season.

Get in a Ferrari 308 GTS. Start driving from centerfield 0 to 60 in 3.34 seconds, and throw it when you get to about second base. You might run over the batter but make sure the ball is clocked.

Stop whacking off so much the nights before your games tiring your arm out. Fresh arm more speed on your pitches. Hope this helps.

I would work on my leg mechanics and see if I could get more velocity with pushing off the rubber. You might find that you will have to alter your wind-up and time your release a little.
