There are three kingdoms, each is a primary color. The blue kingdom is kind of French. The yellow queen wears glasses and has long nails. I forget about the reds. Two people from different kingdoms fall in love, and it's kind of a Romeo and Juliet story, where it ends with colors mixing. It's a great visual experience, and I want to buy it, but I can't remember the title. Help?

The film was called 'Rainbow War' and was shown at Expo 86 in Vancouver. It was screened at the pavilion of a Canadian railway company and went on to win an Oscar nomination. You can order it on DVD or VHS from the production company, Pyramid Media. However, it is $95 Canadian ($85 US). Maybe you can find it used somewhere, it has been on video for many years.

Wow..sounds awesome..I wish I could help you. I'll ask my bro for you. Hey...a brill silent film is the old French version of "Beauty and The Beast" Try and check that out. You'll love it.It's complete with sub titles and eerie music purposely played at the opposite moments. There is this really cool scene with wall sconces but I won't ruin it for you.

Colour films came *after* movies became "talkies". It would be rather difficult for a silent film to have "red", "blue" and "yellow" kingdoms.
