You need a product that is not only oil free, but that will also absorb the excess oil your skin produces during the day. You can also dab your face using little "tissues" made for that very purpose.

The oil control lotion did it for me, and you can use the Beauty Blotters at first, until you get that under control

if its shining because its oily the try 2 or 3 nights a week have a bowl of boiling water and put your head over it, covered by a towel. its kinda like a sauna for your face. it removes all of the grease and impurities (and is free), including blackheads etc. it leaves your pores open so you would need to use an exfoliating cleanser after or if you dont need too exfoliate then just a normal cleaner, toner an moisturiser. then in the day or when you go our use a powder specifically for oily skin. powder is better then liquid foundation for oily skin because it soaks up all of the oil. also you could try the strips of powdered paper you can get (i forget what theyre called), you blot your shiny areas with it and its small enough to keep in your purse. if its shiny even though its not oily then a matt powder (a decent one) should do the trick.

Hi, i find that moisturiser weather its oil free or not it still makes your face greasy, i have oily skin and it i use any other moisturise instead of ones with mattifyers in, my face gets really greasy. If you just use the cleaner and toner you will find you wont get as much shine but your skin will be really dry, as for the matte foundation i find they make my skin look even shinyer, i always bought matte foundation but i gave up and went and bought one for normal skin and it worked brilliantly. I jst use a shine control powder afterwards, the naturals one form boots is brilliant i woont use anything else now,as for the moisturiser i use boots no7 balancing mattifying moisturiser for combination skin, its brilliant and when i use it i dont even need fondation i just apply the shine free powder. I also got a free sample of the biore shine control moisturiser as a free sample and its really good, but not as good as boots the boots one,its a good biore is a good make up base if you do want to wear foundation. Also the best foundation i recommend is infaliable by loreal its brilliant and it stays put for ages, just apply the powder afterwards.

Stop using so much product on your face. Find a soap that works for you, (depending on how old you are, you may be able to skip the moisturizer)....skip the foundation (unless you're going out) and use a light powder and touch up thru out the day.

if its shining via fact its oily the attempt 2 or 3 nights a week have a bowl of boiling water and positioned your head over it, coated via a towel. its kinda like a sauna to your face. it removes all the grease and impurities (and is loose), inclusive of blackheads etc. it leaves your pores open so which you will possibly desire to apply an exfoliating cleanser after or in case you dont want too exfoliate then in basic terms a common cleanser, toner an moisturiser. then interior the day or once you pass our use a powder specially for greasy epidermis. powder is greater clever then liquid beginning up for greasy epidermis via fact it soaks up all the oil. additionally you may desire to aim the strips of powdered paper you will get (i forget approximately what theyre called), you blot your bright aspects with it and its sufficiently small to maintain on your handbag. if its bright even in spite of the undeniable fact that its no longer oily then a matt powder (a respectable one) could do the trick.

Please use any cream with tretinoin to dry your skin.
that will also kkep you young and wrinkle free.

Topical tretinoin can be effectively used for treatment of mild sun damage, fine wrinkles and lines. Tretinoin is easy to use as a non-surgical method to get a youthful look. The skin care treatment has to be continued otherwise the benefits disappear. After some time of treatment, your doctor may reduce the dose of tretinoin to be used by you for a younger look. Tretinoin is generally used for the face because the face is the most exposed part of the body. And acne, rashes, sun damage, etc. are more apparent on the face. Let us find out more about how tretinoin helps us non-surgically in skin care.

What Is Tretinoin?
It is a form of retinoid that is derived from vitamin A. It is also very popular in treatment of acne. Generally tretinoin is recommended for use by older patients who have fine wrinkles, sun damaged skin and spots. It is also used for younger people, who want to maintain a youthful look. Tretinoin may also be used as a preparation for further treatments such as chemical peeling. Use of tretinoin thins the skin and this prepares the skin for better absorption of chemicals in peeling treatment.

For best skin care, your doctor may prescribe tretinoin for daily use at night time for about a year. After that, this interval may be increased to once every two to three days. As tretinoin produces dryness, you may need to use a moisturizer twice a day. You may also need to adopt better protection from sun because tretinoin makes the skin more sensitive to UV radiation. If it is properly used, tretinoin can help reduce fine wrinkles, age spots and also help you maintain a young look.

what brands do you use? If you have really sensitive skin (as in, oily, but feels dry) you should probably invest in some higher quality skincare. Lancome, Clinique, and L'Occitane have great skincare products, so you might want to check out those counters at your local department store and consult a salesperson. It'll be expensive, but worth it.

You might be using too many products on your skin...if your skin is being dried out by all the products, it will overproduce oil and stay shiny. Try skipping the makeup for awhile and see what happens.
