Both are correct, so I can't say which is more correct. Although, I'd prefer to use together instead, such as "spend time together." If I had to choose between those two, I'd choose, "spend time with each other."

it's depend on ur relationship.........
step 1 - spend time with one another
step 2 - spend time with each other
step 3 - spend time together....
