Go to www.net130.com, it is in chinese but when you roll the mose pointer on the titles, the english words will be written in the status bar.
You can use search, but only when the search field is in blue color.

Just two answeres Download E-mule or LimeWire software and search ccnp on them you will find everything.

I would suggest you try with google. Or download peer to peer networking and filesharing software. Most ebooks are available like that.
Search net for such software.
