Use Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, Eudora, or any other e-mail suite you are most confortable with.

Then ask you ISP or your e-mail provider with the POP or IMAP Settings and input 'em on the Accounts tab of your chosen software. Note: You must have your own PC to do this!

Once set-up you may able to download your e-mails simultaneously, then read 'em offline. You can also send your composed messages during that send/receive session.
