i don't wan't to move because there is a lot of convenient stores nearby like the one on the end of my block. should i just except it and just leave them behind? (i have issues too much.)

If he's an idiot and you're cool it will all come out in the end. I had a neighbor that was a nutcase, he always wore the same clothes (black t shirt, khaki pants, no matter if it was 20 degrees or 100) and He actually came over and accused me of "Shaking his house" (Because the special powers I have, I use, to shake the weirdo's house, not to actually win the lottery so I could move away from him, or have the house collapse on him !:) Eventually he freaked out enough people and it was abundantly clear he needed to go. I thought about moving several times during this ordeal, But I was the one who was right and I might add a very good neighbor, with nary a house shook to my name!

i would move if there was an idiot or someone that causes trouble next by. i think convenience is important but i hate idiots too much to care.

You should accept it. If you're moving in 2 weeks, why start fighting about it now? Better you do move... you don't want to live next to idiots.
