yes, as it is the world official language. but looks like some are using football to tranmit racism ideologies...

it's better than nothing...stopped some racism against thierry henry and the world cup 2006 wasn't as racist as most

To us normal folks, the answer is yes. But this forum is abused by racists enough to make me doubt it's effectiveness.
