If you're asking what order the toolbars go, that's usually a custom deal. You can place them in any order you want to by dragging the area of the toolbar with the 4 dots (very left side of a toolbar) above or below another toolbar. You can show or hide toolbars by either right clicking an area of the toolbar where there aren't any icons (usually the gray area off to the right) and selecting or deselecting a particular toolbar, or by going to View - Toolbars and doing the same.

The title bar (the area where the name of your document is) is always on top, and usually you'll find the menu bar next (the one with the words on it), followed by the standard toolbar (the one with Open, Save, and Print) and the formatting toolbar (the one with the fonts and sizes and the paragraph alignments). In some installations, these last two toolbars are on the same line, and users sometimes break them into two lines so that all icons are visible.

If you're trying to change the orientation of the page, go to File - Page Setup, and then select either Portrait or Landscape in the Orientation section of the Margins tab.
