Your question made me laugh. My daughter is 10, and she loves to have sleepovers. Her friends are all early to bed and early risers. She is like me, she enjoys staying up late on the weekends and during the summer, and sleeping in late. You can't change people's internal clock. Some people are just used to going to bed earlier than others. Start your sleepovers a little earlier, and enjoy your time with your friends in the morning when they wake YOU up. Ha Ha. Now go to sleep!

Plan lots of entertainment, if your focused on fun stuff you don't see the time go by. Play games, stay way from TV--u get really sleepy, have snacks and just talk about secret stuff so the topic is interesting for everyone to get involved. Good Luck and Have Fun.
