That depends on where it isn't showing pictures. Are you talking about a Web Page in IE or an E-mail in Outlook Express. Or maybe a word doc. Need more info. I know settings in Outlook Express you can set to not show pictures unless you tell it to in by clicking on the top bar. but it tells you that. In IE their are settings also in a word doc maybe they didn't send the pic with it or part of the file is corrupt. So you really need to explain the problem in more detail .. Hope that helps you.

Tools>Internet Options>General tab>Delete Cookies, Delete Filed (Delete Offline Content in the window)>Delete History.

That should get the back. This is called Clean the Browser Cache and should be done regularly.

If its been working OK up to now, hold off changing all the settings.
I had the same problem 3 hours ago and now its OK again. Could have been server problems, atmospheric problems, who knows but its all right now.
Its not always your computer

Someone has messed with your settings, here is what to do.
Go to tools at the top of your browser/ Internet options/ click the advanced tab. scroll down that list until you see multimedia/ first 2 can be unchecked,(could be the cause of your prob)
Then the rest need to be checked
