Why is there no more rap on rap city on much music, it's mostly r&b and soul and stuff like that.?

Because there are no main stream rap songs out any more. The best rap is heard on the streets or in the clubs. Plus the content of a lot of rap songs are un-airable.

There is no Rap City because the 90s is over. R&B is in nobody likes to hear rap 24/7. They need something to listen to that mellows them out.

Because rap bites moldy, muddy rocks. They finally figured it out and put actual music back on.
