Yeah I live alone, And I've lived on my own for the past 9 years ^ _ ^. I dont think going back with moms in LA, away from my job, is a realistic option.

I would take whatever place i could find but the problem is most of them want a one year lease for a jacked up apartment.

You should go with options A and B,having a place is better than having no place. If you can find an apartment in a reasonable time frame, then you should consider renting a room, you didn't state whether or not you lived alone but I am going to assume that you do, there are always articles in the classifieds looking for single people to rent a room to because they don't want to deal with children or pets. But I would only have Plan B as a second option, I can take it you are very much against moving back home temporarily which I can not blame you. Your first and foremost option should be to take whatever you can get,you can always get something better later, especially if you get a month to month lease, all that matters is that you have a roof over your head, you can worry about the other technicalities later. Good luck.

I think that you should take whatever apartment you should find if you are not having any luck with a specific apartment. Did you try apartmentguide.com or forrent.com? Try to take whatever that is of course decent within your commuting range. Also maybe get your local newspaper and check for any rental listings. If you are not successful in just taking any then I would consider renting a room.

D, because it will be more flexible for you when it is time to move out. In most cases, there is a minimum amount of time that you have to stay in that apartment before you can move out. Read the contract carefully.

A while ago you claimed to have saved 13K and asked what you should do with it. I suggest you seek therapy with it, because you ask some of the most inane questions I have seen, and of course, they are all baloney!
