im 14, and i would like to build up, no gym only house excersices, any diets please tell me, can i excersice monday to friday, and relax saturday and sunday?

do it every other day..try lifting heavy boxes and stuff..do lots of push ups..

Eat a normal healthy diet.
Take in adequate fluids.
Get proper sleep and rest.
Exercise every day; but on the weekends you can do something that you might not do during the week ... maybe walking, or swimming, or playing basketball. Be creative.

Also, know that your body is still developing by itself. There's really nothing you can do to hurry that process. It's a matter of biology.
