Are you talking abt photogenic? That usually happens naturally. If you wanna touch up your face artificially you can use any photo editing software eg. Adope Photoshop to do these touch-ups.

have a face lift, or a face peel if you dont want to go that far just apply a bit of make-up and use good lighting, have them placed behind you.

place a bit of touch up to your face before taking any picture or give your picture a bit of touch up after taking them.
