We need to know how old/large is your kingsnake, whether he just came out of brumation, has been eating regularly etc etc...
All other things being equal, the 2 fuzzies would be better if the snake is large enough to handle them.

Two fuzzies or one small mouse would be better for him. Pinkies have very little nutrition compared to the larger sizes, especially calcium. Also, the hair on the larger sizes will bind his stool better so it should make cleaning his cage a lot easier.

If he can eat so much then he is ready for bigger food. try him with a small mouse next time. You do not say what size he is but if you get food that is slightly wider than his head or as thick as the thickest part of his body and feed him once a week as he grows. Increase the size of his food as he grows and he will keep much better for you. He will grow to over 6 feet in length and will eat adult rats when he is full grown. Please do not think about putting another snake in with him as one will eat the other, King snakes eat Rattle snakes in the wild. Allways feed on defrosted food never live as live food can bite back and may cause harm to your pet.

There's more nutritional value in the fuzzies, although they cost more.
