when i m selecting a value from picklist it is taking me to target view but the selected value disappears?

for ex if i select IN PROGRESS from dropdown it takes me to all related records but selected IN PROGRESS disappears making it difficult for user to know that the records he is seeing belongs to which selected value from dropdown

It sounds like you're using excel or a spreadsheet and trying to put a formula together, so some part of your formula is either incomplete or missing. I would go back and check the components of the formula.

But that's just how it sounds to me, I'm still in diapers using spreadsheets.
