The monster brand FM transmiter is the best I know of.
I know of many people who have purchased different types, and this one always performs better.
I think the signal is so strong, is that it overpowers any remenants of FM stations close to the frequency being used.

I am assuming you mean FM tuner. An FM transmitter is what you would have at the radio station. As for Fm tuner one of the absulutely best is the Magnum Dynalab MD 108. Not cheap for sure, msrp of about 5900 usd. of course I am told the Marantz model 6(or7 or8)I am not sure. 40 years ago a tube tuner never surpassed.

Nokia 7250i I have been using it for the last 2 years, and it is really doing great.
I can listen FM with superb slarity...
