Fill the application out completely and legibly. If your writing is lousy, take the app home and get help.
Be on time for your interview. That means at least ten minutes early. Dress neatly -- no torn jeans, message t-shirts, flip flops. Yes, I know it's Taco Bell. Dress nicely; they'll be amazed. No, don't wear a suit and tie. They'll think you're weird. Slacks and a shirt will do, and you can wear your best sneakers.
Show up clean. Take a shower, wash your hair, brush your teeth. If you smoke (yuk), don't. You'll stink.
Don't chew gum.
Don't say "like" every third word. Sit up straight. Look the interviewer in the eye. Smile.
When asked about your availability, be as flexible as possible regarding the hours and days you can work. They know you have school.
If you get the job, treat it well. Show up on time (that's ten minutes early). Do more than you have to. Take pride in your work. Any job is worthy of your best efforts.
So what if this is just a fast food joint. This is your very first job. Start with a good attitude and great work habits, and you will never have trouble getting and keeping a job in your life.
Good luck and have fun!

get a letter of recomendation from your best teacher.
get paperwork like work permits etc.
write out a schedule of your availabilities, when you can come in and work
go to your interview lookin clean. dont look like a dirty ****** kid wid dirty *** clothes, hair and nails. bosses look at dat type ****. look the person interviewing you in the eyes. even if you stutters they can see dat your trust worthy. telll them your a team player, you want to work in a team environment that can help boost the stores profitability. even if its a fast food taco joint, all your boss wants is to make sure that the customers happy and that their making a certain amount of money. tell them also that your not afraid to upsell a customer to buying "large" meal combo. remember playboy, the manager is hustling in a certain arena. its tha same thang as slanging dope, its the profitibility at the end of the night that matters.
good for you mang get that money and appreciate it. even if its a taco bell, take dat **** seriously cuz its a legitimate business and its a real job that pays money, (even if it aint alot). its good to have good work ethics, cuz theres hella fetty to be made, but theres just alot of unqualified muthafuckas you dig, all because they dont know how to hustle it right.
if you **** around and get a job at taco bell at 15 you'll pretty much have a good idea of how businesses are ran. understand how the game works and it'll be easier for you to own your OWN business when you get older. good luck and keep grindin. money over bullshit you dig.

Resume maybe that talks about out-of-school activities and school work/awards
list of references (people not related to you)
2 forms of official ID: social security card, official birth certficate, state issued ID, passport, etc.
Urine drug screen (they'll give you the paperwork and tell you where to go)
...I think that's it, but I'm sure there's more.

i thought you had to be 16, or have your parents written permission and one of them with you at the time you are interviewed, you need a social security number. personal refferences, at your age teachers or ministers would be best as your friends hold no weight with employers when you are under 21
