It's not a password that is set already. It is doing what is called 'pairing' you choose any four digit code and make sure the same code is entered on each. It's security to prevent accidentally connecting to other devices or others accidentally connecting to your phone.
Most bluetooth headset instructions say to use 0000, likely because that is what the headset has set.

If you just got that Razr phone... take it back now. It is nothing but problems! Powers off by itself, screen zaps out with dots and it stops chrging eventually. I can't get a swap on mine. I have been to Verizon 3 times. I want another model that works.

when you want to connect to another phone, perhaps you want to send a file and / receive one? try encoding 1234, then the other phone should also enter the same passcode-- 1234.. or whatever four digit code you want.
that should work!
Good luck!
