Why doesn't estrogen tend to make people aggressive?

Actually, I have heard of some studies that did show adolescent girls exhibiting more aggressive behavior when estrogen was administered.

But still, testosterone is definitely more likely to stimulate aggressive behavior and this is why you will find it in much higher amounts in boys and men.
