Well I live in an Islamic country. To draw any living creature is not really acceptable, I think it has to do with Idolatry. To draw the prophets are forbidden as that was how worshipping others came into being, I heard it said that first they drew a picture of some wise man, many years later they made a statue to honor him then generations later they started worshipping that statue. So they figure if you start drawing it can lead to other things. Some things are just sacred for other cultures. Including all Prophets in Islam including Christ, Moses, Noah, etc. Hope that helps.

You can, but it's offending for Muslims.
Why? Becaue they are forbidden to worship any "totems", including drawings. There's not been even a movie ever made of Muhammad or God. It's similar to tzhe Byzantine movements when all religious sculptures were destroyed, because people thought it makes you turn away from the real God.

I dunno, try drawing Jesus with a fat belly, wearing a pear of bermuda shorts and burping the national anthem. My point is, pick something you really love and respect, and draw it harshly, coldly, and disrespectfully. If you don't believe in Jesus, try drawing such a picture of your wife or girlfriend.
Then draw Buddha as an anorexic, obsessive meth freak. Or draw your mom that way.
Then draw Mohammed if you still wish. Or draw your father.
But here's the rule -- if ANY of the above offends you, you cannot draw any of the others.
let me ask, how much more good will it do for you to do this than the harm to NOT do it?
Your call, good luck

According to the laws of Islam it is forbidden to create any form of likeness of Moahmmad (drawings, paintings, statues etc).
The problem is that this is the law of Islam, other religions aren't governed by Islam and should be free to draw whoever and whatever they want - including the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).
Some Muslims (as with other religions) want to dictate to people of other faiths how to live their lives.

If you draw him out of reverence...by all means....but if you draw him in an insulting manner, then of course people will get angry.
