Never. Far too many people are having babies. I'm sorry, but it's the truth.
If you really want to know, it gets more difficult after age 27. 25 is the best age. Part of the reason that it is 25, is that you are more likely to have your life more organized when you're 25.

I think at about the age of 25 or when the woman is stable finacially and in a relationship. When she knows she's healthy and can afford and give all her love and attention to that baby. To let him or her have a bright future!

It is unclear from your question if you mean the best months of the year to be pregnant, or the best age to be pregnant.
I carried one baby through a long hot summer at age 28
I carried one baby through a long cold winter at age 39
I carried one baby through a hot summer and cold winter at age 40
They were all wonderful pregnancies, deliveries and each one of them grew into wonderful, beautiful, loving adults!

I should say 27yrs of age is the best because it is more safe for her and the baby; plus at this age the woman is matured enough and has laready acquired knowledge about pregnancy and lactation.

When she is married, physically and emotionally sound, and so is her husband.
Stop drinking and take folic acid up to 3 months before you intend to conceive.

im not a woman but it would have to be september till june the summer time it hot and she isn't feeling well any way these are cool months
