mmmmm..well, i'd say yahoo launch (www.launch.com) is the best to watch video clips, but the problem with it is that you cant download them, unless you use some "RIPPING STREAMING MEDIA" programs...
But what you can do is, go to Www.av.com
hit the video tab and search for the video you want, and when you see the link, right click on it the click SAVE TARGET as (might wanna give it a try, but doesnt work everytime)
or use limewire, ares...torrents...

download limewire from www.limewire.com or you can get them from a bit torrent site you will need like bit comet you can get that at www.bitcommit.com
