my mother is 45 years old and her period is overflowing badly.she has not got this type of problem before. wat would be the reason?

my mum dint get menopause still.. so is this the sign of menopause?

She could have some sort of health problem or she might be starting menopause. What age did her mom get menopause at? Either way she should go to the doctor.

either her hormones are fluxuating wildly prior to the onset of menopause or she is developing some sort of problem, it would be best to go and get an extra pap smear, i started having heavier and longer periods and it turned out to be years of undiagnosed endometriosis and it turned in to cancer in the long run.

She can be perimenopausal. Meaning she will be going through menopause soon.
