My opion is, because other people allow them to be stupid. People will only do what we allow them to do. If you dont tollerate a certain behavior that person will have to either cease from doing it or leave you alone and never come back.

Well i think that the same reason why there are some PPL just too clever and smart ... and what i think its all about the family, the parents ,, you know so yeah thats what i think...
