I remember watching my first football game in 1978. The Minnesota Vikings were playing the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys won the game and I told my Dad that they were going to be my favorite team.
I am a Cowboys fan as a result and they have given me much joy and sorrow over the years (a few 1-15 seasons, a few Super Bowls, great drafts

That's it? Come on, gotta give a reason as to why you love the Steelers.
I love the OAKLAND (not El Lay) Raiders and the reason is George Blanda in 1970 pulling games out of the hat turned me into a Raidahs fan. It's been hard though as this current Commitment to Mediocrity era sucks. Where have you gone Kenny Stabler? A Raider Nation hopes your offspring can toss the ball!
