My friend Bob likes to wear pantyhose and wears them almost daily. He has never had a problem! ;-)

Sure they can- yeast infections in part are caused by no air down there- it makes it easier for the yeast to grow

they can contribute greatly because they are made of nylon and cannot breath. cut back on the sugar it is a big culprit and start taking garlic capsules this ended my problems...make sure you get ones that have a cotton crotch they absorb a little better if you do have to wear them.

rotch yeasties flourish in non-cotton, tight, or dirty clothes that trap heat and moisture. your absolutely best bet -avoid pantyhose.
