A slight difference in size is normal. If there's a big difference, or if one has changed dramatically, or if you have swelling or pain, see a Dr. ASAP. Not sure what you mean by 'a lil extra nut has developed' - men DO NOT suddenly grow additional testicles. The sudden appearance of a new structure could be a sign of something serious - anything from a variocele to cancer.

I was watching blind date once and while this guy was on a date he mentions to the gir lthat he has 3 testicles yes three not two. so for him to be ok and open with it and as healthy but just ot be on the safe side it might not be normal, a third testicular mass should be considered worrisome for cancer. If new, see a doctor. If old, and completely unchanged, then there are a few normally abnormal things it could be that are harmless. It may be a simple hernia.

It's kinda disease which is most dangerous and it will disappear during a year and half and second one will stand in the first one's place. So refer to a Urologist Doc. to do some important tests as soon as possible otherwise you may loose your life in the near future.

You're asking the wrong question. the real problem lies in having one testicle LARGER than the other. This can cause major discomfort in the package area.
I recommend having them both removed.
