I know there are plenty of guys out there who can get a cheap laugh but I'm talking about the complete package (physical comedy, timing, facial expressions, etc.)

Jimeon, think he's Irish but has been in Australia for a long time. His comedy is not smutty but so funny.
He shows that good clean fun can be Hilarius.
