It should also be able to condensate as a liquid in temperatures below 60 degrees fahrenheit and rapidly evaporate at close to room temperature.

All of the above answers are if you're boiling point is in Celsius. If you really want something with a boiling point of 60-70 degrees Fahrenheit then look at HF (hydrogen fluoride, hydrofluoric acid if its aqueous). If you are working with an unknown chemical with this property then I hope this isn't right because this is some nasty stuff.

Oh, and rubbing alcohol is isopropanol, not ethanol.

Ethylene Oxide, ChloroEthane, DiethylAmine, EthylMethyEther, Hydrogen Fluoride (not hydrofluoric acid, small but important differences) and very few other compounds fall into this narrow range. You are essentially looking for compounds with boiling points of appx 12-19 degrees Celsius, or 285-292K.

Most of the people above answered with compounds that boil around 70C. Ethanol is 78C, Methanol is 65C, Isopropanol (rubbing alcohol) is 91C

Ethanol, Acetone, Methanol, possibly Propanol. These are off the top of my head, but the firs 3 have relatively low boiling points, as in the temperature where the liquid begins to boil, and vaporize.

Yep, methanol, approximately sixty 4 stages. yet define threat loose. each and every thing is volatile interior the final quantity and interior the final way. Even water. Methanol (wood alcohol, varnish thinner?) is exceedingly harmless.
