Like everyone. How can you go disapoint every person you know all in one day?

Well, actually it isn't up to the person supposedly doing the disappointing, but it is the person's choice to be or not to be disappointed.

One way to stop becoming disappointed is to lower our expectations of others and realizing that we're all human beings and that the world doesn't revolve around any one person, but rather it is all of us trying to live our very hard lives the best way we can.

I don't care about disappointing others as long as I'm not disappointed in myself. If they have a problem with me, maybe their expectations are too high. I'm the one that has to answer to myself at the end of the day.

well I must say it's very distressing to do that. Just try not to interact too much here and there, so there is no way of gaining a bond, therefore you could avoid irrelevent dissapointment.

some people GET OFF tht way . They are sick individuals , most of which hide their perverted ways behind perfect jobs, and familys, and little white picket fences . Thats how you can tell who's got issues .

I can imagine a few months how thin I was and pretty. Now, when I meet people, they do a double-take on how fat I look.
