You really can't predict that since your scenario does not account for the migration of people. I believe in 100 years the population of non-caucasion will be smaller since more no-caucasions are moving there. I hear the asian and black population is increasing.
Also, the number of people who are and will be of child bearing age is increasing for non-caucations, so even nobody new moves into France or anybody leaves France unless they die, the growth rate of the non-caucasians is outpacing that of caucasians.

There is no way these figures can remain constant. The non-Caucasian population will continue growing for some time, but something will eventually stop this growth.

I don't beleive that France will be an independent country in 100 years. I'm not sure what will happen, but the borders in Europe will not be recognizable by then.
