get a Soda/ POP/ coke/ Dr. pepper
stimulate myself (perhaps, depending on whereabouts)
look for next difficult task/ or project
smoke another cigarette
think of the plusses/ minuses of task completed
decide if given similar task what i would do different
replay all the scenarios again ferencing immediate above answer
may document the completion for future use
unfortunately (do to addiction) i'd probably smoke another cigarette

Watch some tv.
Read a good book.
Eat a snack.
Pat myself on the back one more time.
Take a nice,long,well-deserved bath,go to bed and look forward to tomorrow
