Humans stutter do cats ??

Yes they do stutter.
The neighbours Doberman jumped the fence one day when my cat and I were in the garden and the cat sprang up and went .... fffft .... ffffft ... fffft ..ffft and the doberman ate it before it could warn me of the "effing" dog about to attack us. That I call a severe stutter ... lmao

I doubt it, but maybe really shy ones do.

Major stuttering is caused by low self-esteem, and I doubt cats have that.
