okay so i have fair skin blonde curly hair
i have blue eyes they are circle shape
when i wear eyeliner it looks like i have a blcak eye
and tips?

1. use brown liner
2. press/pull the outer corner of your eye until eyelid is flat-ish
3. draw a thin line directly above your lashes
4. keep drawing until you get past the corner of your eye 1/2 cm
5. draw longer line or erase line as necessary
note: the line will be thicker than what it looks like when the corner of your eye is pulled taut, so dont worry about it being too thin
note 2: use q-tips for clean up, its cheap,easy, and precise
note 3: DONT curve the line upwards after you draw past the corner of your eye, it will come out curved up when you let go of the corner of your eye

Try applying your eyeliner in the cat eye shape. Makes the eyes appear more almond shaped. Also use a soft brown color.

O.k so my friend had the same problem & I'll tell you what I told her.Forget the eyeliner that only really suits certain people.Get charcole color eyes shadow & when you apply it drag it slightly out to the side of your eye.If you use eye liner your just high-lighting your round eyes.The eye shadow will not fail if you do it right.trust me!

Ithinkilovey: There are women and girls in this world who would give their right arm to have beautiful round eyes. Stop looking at them too closely in the mirror as you are probably over exaggerating them. When speaking to people move your eyes and not your head and watch the effect. Beautiful.......

put eye liner and then. wait exampe----- this is your eye or your eyes hopefully you will get it.

try a brown eyeliner and extend the bottom out towards your hairline a little bit in a straight line
It'll give you more of an almond look

make cat eyes by sweeping outward and curving up with a eyeliner brush or pencil

try to mach the color of your eyes with eyeliner then eyesadow it wont make the less round but make your eye color really bright and pretty it's called i-ntence eye color
