We are sole distributors of BIC, Gillette, Staedler, 3M, Red Leaf company in Bangladesh. We can see that some other importers sell these products in Bangladesh. We come to know that they import the goods regularly from Singapore & Dubai. My request to you is that please inform me how they import these products instead our distributorship. Can I know the import process they are applying? Please update me.

Sure many people are able to smuggle goods into any country. Or they have have many distrubution agents. In any case a company goes into business to make money and they have to sell items to make it. Also some sell an item as the real thing but it might have different ingredients. Many ways for many people and countries.

I think it's called the "Gray Market." It's not truly illegal from your nation's customs department's point of view, because the people selling it paid for it. Your complaint is against the people who are violating the exclusivity rights that the manufacturers have granted. The exclusivity agreements may have a dispute resolution provision to follow and it is the manufacturer who is in the best, and from your point of view cheapest, position to enforce the contracts. They may be able to convince the Singapore and Dubai entities to help stop the improper (not necessarily illegal) sales. Good luck.
