My job hasn't, but my boyfriends has affected our relationship. He works way too much and travels a lot which sucks. He hasn't spent more than 3 days in a row at home in about 2 years. Unfortunately this has taken a major toll on our realtionship, I am not sure if we are going to make it but so far we have been able to last so far. Almost 4 years!

All I know is my other half and I both had jobs we HATED--and when we got home at night all we did was fight!!! We quit those jobs (yeah we starved for a year!!) now we have jobs we both love, half the pay, but trust me money ain't everything!! Nice to come home and be happy--the bills are paid and we're relaxed!!

Your job CAN affect relation ships if it is excessivly negative or stressful. Nobody can really 'leave it all at the door' when they come home.
