Where in Singapore can I buy UK's Top Gear magazine?

Do they sell it at Borders at Wheelock Place? Or at 7-Eleven, CityLink Mall? Anywhere else in Singapore, for that matter? I want this September's BBC UK version, please!

Impossible, Singapore is extremely strict for the imported magazine.

Maybe the ground floor newstand at IMM.

you can try the famous newstand at holland village. its next to crystal jade restaurant.
