that's such a bogus old wive's tale....wash your hair anytime you want. It makes no difference if you are on your period or not.

Why wouldn't it be? I know it's not good to dye your hair those days of the month, but not because it's dangerous, it's just that the hormones mess with the colour and you may not get the colour you wanted in the end. All other things are just prejudice.

yahh sure its safe, you can even take a bath just make sure that you dont expose in an open place while taking a bath i mean you take a bath in a close space to avoid air from coming to you..
