I lost my job at subway two months ago. I was only working there for a week and then my boss tried to fired me but I quit so she wouldn't. she was a b*tch and up to now I still can't get over the fact that I want to let her know this and that it wasn't fair for her to let me go. what should I do?

P.S. I want to cuss her out on the phone! Should I still do it? I know I'm being immature, but she wasn't FAIR! and didn't give me a second chance!

Why don't you try looking into some anger management classes. You need to understand, trying to do anything now just makes you "psycho" She could have you arrested for stalking or something. Just let it go, and move on. Good luck, Hon.

It's better for you to let this go. Show her who's the better person. Find another job but don't list her as a reference, rather list another manager or assistant manager as reference if you can. There's 2 sides to every story, the reason that she wanted to fire you might not even be for the reason you're thinking of. It could be for some entirely different reason that you'll never know. So brush it off and let it go and hold your head up. If you truly feel you did nothing wrong to warrent the firing then you have nothing to feel guilty for. But do remember, she didn't really let you go, you quit before she could do that.
Good luck

Try joining the Army, getting a career, learning manners and discipline. You'll also have a job that will further educate you, and give you a sense of pride and accomplishment. Nobody at Subway was ever "proud of that sandwich I just made..."

Only there for a week? What did you do to piss her off so bad?

I'm sorry, but I really have a hard time believing you didn't do something that would deserve being fired. You really have to TRY to get fired from a menial job like that.

Life ain't fair.

Bill G. was born rich and provided opportunity you will never have. That aint fair.

You were born with two legs and developed the the ability to type, some others were born with no legs and no chance to type. That aint fair.

Suck it up, Bucky!

I wouldn't call her on the phone and say nasty things to her. she can have you thrown in jail. you did quit before she fired you.so move on with you life and drop the whole thing. life is to short to make trouble for yourself.

perhaps you should read your screen name and then think about it? i would suggest moving on and getting a new job, be civil to your boss... come on you can do better than subway anyways!

Stop a minute and think, what good would it do?

Anytime you feel anger welling up inside you, think about what consequence your taking action might have. If it is not positive, forget it and move on.
