The A900 is not a GSM phone, which means it doesn't use sim cards.

It is not tri-band or evern quad band.

As a result of these facts, the answer is No

you're bringing that fone to the philippines?! yes it will....nowadays...filipinos can fix anything when it comes to cellphone...even vodaphones...but ofcourse it will cost you alot...
