In general, stickiness in polymers is entropic. Try to reduce the density and/or length of free polymer chains at the surface. This might be accomplished by temperature cycling to encourage nucleation and growth of crystallinity.

Yes, you could try a surface treatment by exposing the polymer to a plasma discharge (at atmospheric presure)...i don't remember the plasma parameters, but we did an experiment for surface treatment of a polymer using a plasma discharge in a laboratory. Still, no matter the source of heating, you must consider not using a higher temperature than the polymer's technological flow temperature (higher than this will destroy the polymer).
