All i kno is that there were 2 members from Blink 182, i think it was Mark and Travis but i'm not sure??

It was Tom and Mark. Obviously, Tom is busy with Angels and Airwaves now.
From what I remember, Tom said that he had all this music which didn't work for Blink, so he did Box Car as a side project while the band was on a break from recording/touring.
As it turns out, Box Car turned out to be one of many points of contention that broke up Blink.

pretty sure they are still around, just focusing on their families and spending the money they earned over the years.
