It is not Mayan. Mayans spoke "Quiche", and they still do. Citlali is a "Nahuatl" word. Nahuatl was the language spoken by, among others, the Mexicas (their incorrect name is "Aztecs"), the Toltecs, the Nahuas, etc...

Citlali means "Star"

It is pronounced: SEE-tlah-Lee

It's Nahuatl--the language of the Aztecs. It means Star.
The "tl" is pronounced like the end of "little", otherwise it's basically like it's spelled.
