Do you have any health insurance?
If so they cheapest way may be to get a script for a back brace and physical therapy.
If not, you need upper body and lower lumbar back stretching exercises, easily found on the net... along with weight training.
Also you could induce the use of a back brace, and even a figure of 8 brace to pull your shoulders back.
this would have to be used with the exercises, or you wouldn't get permanent results.
Get worked up by an orthopod if you can.

Get a broom handle and put it behind your back so it lies across your shoulder blades. Hook your elbows around the broom handle and stand upright with your chest extended, pull your elbows forwards.
This will go some way to correcting your posture but at 25 it's harder to change posture then when you're young.
There could be any one of a number of reasons for your posture being the way it is and the only way to know what's causing the problem and how to best treat it is to see a specialist.
The broom handle approach is a stop gap measure until you're able to get specialist advice.

I would see a doctor ASAP!!! A hump back formation is the sign of Kyphosis (a spinal condition, resulting in hump back). To avoid any permanent disability, you need to deal with it immediatly. If you don't have health insurance or money, try your state's major hospital. They can usually help, but if they can't at least they can guide you in the right direction. There is help for low income families, just keep looking. Oh, and one more thing, I knew a guy with simular condition and he said that swimming really helped him.

Maybe in a round about way. Back pains are caused by pinched back muscles. You could sit in a way that could pinch the muscles but the chances of that are very low. It's easier to get the muscles pinched by lifting something or twisting your body wrong or even rolling over in your sleep. To get rid fo the pain you have to free up your back muscles to release the ones being pinched and here's how to free them up: Back: (do while sitting on a chair) Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front, and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm as straight as possible. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, then release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

If you are on insurance, I would suggest that you go to your doctor for help. Most insurances also cover chiropractic services but you'll have to check to see if the service is covered. Other than that, there might be some home remedies to try, but it sounds like at this point, you need to visit a doctor.

you have to get some excercise..and diet well. don't slouch too much and when you walk, try to keep your head up and look forward..don't look down or to the side..keep your head up and level.
practice walking and take long walks daily..you should beat this easy!
good luck!
