well you can start by using your arm and stretching it out to open the car door then use your legs to propel yourself into the liquor store, bend over and pick up the six pack on the lowest rack of the cooler, thats using your back and your abs then slowly stand upright and walk to the counter, reach your hand around to remove your wallet from your pants pocket, that stretches those shoulders and pay, then walk back to your car and do everything in reverse...that should do it.
