I need to open my other email account because all my paintings are in that email account. Please, help me.......Thank you!

Most email systems let you recover access by answering a question.
Look for a way to do this after you try to log onto the web interface of the email account. When it fails there is usually options to recover access.
You can try asking thier support for help too.
I cannot help any further without knowing who hosts this email account.
If you are SURE you have the correct information, make sure you sre typing in the correct password by entering it in the user name box first so you can see it on thier web page. You could be having hardware/software issues.
Other issues could be, if you are using HTTPS and they are using something other than the standard port of 443. You need to have your firewall, browser and any other involved software letting you use non-standard ports for HTTPS.
That could be a call for your Internet or software support.
If non of this helps, please give very detialed specifics of what you do, the result, exact error messages, did it ever work, what as changed when it stopped working etc.

Go to the forget password link and answer a series of questions before being allowed in. It's not very difficult only thing you have to do is to properly remember those settings you have given initially.

If you're using Yahoo click on Sign in and type in your name and below the password there is a link that says "Forgot your ID or password?" Click on that link and follow the steps given to recover your password.

did you try to reset your password??? Should be an option on the login screen and they will email it to you......if you can get into THAT email.........lol
